The InStyler® Rotating Hot Iron is thrilled to have been a partner to the Vh1 Save the Music Foundation’s "Divas LIVE" concert event! Lucky VIP guests - which included the performers above, and songsters such as Sheryl Crow, Melissa Etheridge and Cyndi Lauper - were gifted The InStyler® Rotating Iron, and got the down low on this innovative tool backstage. We’re absolutely thrilled to have supported Vh1’s "Save the Music Foundation," and to have had the opportunity to give these amazing musicians the scoop on The InStyler® - the must-have hair tool! Please be sure to visit their web site at

Put simply - YES!!! The key to getting amazing fullness, lift and volume with your InStyler is an easy technique called "overdirection!" Overdirection at the root is the single most important technique to create body and style for fine, limp or thin hair (and even short hair), since this tends to "set" the section of the hair that gives it lift off the scalp. Overdirection can go a long way to producing good results, even if the section of hair is not as thick as it should be in the InStyler. You can start with a thinner section of hair to see how it works for you, then add more hair to make a "thicker" section to get better results. Thin hair is also greatly helped by using the Firm-Up Spray to further set the body and style created with the InStyler. For video tips on exactly how to overdirect, watch the video below...
